The varnish impregnation increases the resistance between coil wires many times over air. Another key element of the power switchmode transformer and another key factor when determining winding procedure is the actual wire type to be used. This expertise must be coupled with a diverse investment in capital equipment to maximize manufacturing capabilities in winding power magnetic.
